A 150-calorie snack is a common target: enough to take the edge off, small enough to fit most days. We went through all 143 products on The Hoard Board and pulled every snack-type food (bars, packaged snacks, yogurt and ready-to-eat pouches) with a published serving of 150 calories or less, then ranked them by grams of protein per 100 calories. Drinks and restaurant items are left out; see the links below for those.
37 products qualify, or 17 once flavors with identical numbers are grouped. Here are the top 10.

What stands out
Tuna leads again. StarKist Light Tuna in Water (2.6 oz pouch) (17 g, 70 calories, 24.3) is the #1 product on our whole leaderboard, so it tops this list too.
The most protein under 150 calories is a bar. Every David Gold bar we track is exactly 150 calories with 28 g of protein (18.7), the most protein of anything that qualifies. David Bronze (20 g) also makes it.
Most bars don't fit. Of the 36 bars we track, 16 are at 150 calories or less, from these lines: David Bronze Protein Bar, David Gold Protein Bar, Quest Crispy Hero, think! Crispy Squares. No classic Quest Protein Bar and nothing from Legendary Foods makes the cut.
The savory option: Quest Tortilla Style Protein Chips, 19 g for 140 calories a bag (13.6).

Caveats
Calories are per serving as each brand lists it: the plain skyr is a 3/4 cup (170 g) serving, for example, not a full tub. Numbers come from each brand's or restaurant's published nutrition info, linked in the table, and can change. Flavors with identical label numbers are grouped into one row. We track 143 products, not every product on the market, so a missing product isn't a verdict on it. We rank by protein per calorie only and don't track sugar, fat, sodium or ingredients. General information, not dietary advice.
